A Pound of Flesh
It’s been a busy few weeks for us at Barber DTS with this new website going live, the London Convention and we already starting planning for next year’s conventions and even our 2014 Catalogues…. In 3 languages!!
All this work however hasn’t stopped us from ensuring that we provide you with the latest products on the market.
I am sure you have heard all the buzz about A Pound of Flesh – the newest fake skin on the market which is taking the industry by storm. Such is its quality and realistic tattooing experience this product has literally been flying out with our deliveries. Not only has it been a hit as a practice skin but it can also be used as the perfect studio display, lifting your designs off the page and truly showing off your skills to the customer.

London Tattoo Convention 2013
Another year and another London Tattoo Convention done - and what a convention it was. I'm sure that everyone who attended will agree that it was another huge success and Tobacco Dock provided the perfect setting once again.
The sales team who attended the event have just about recovered and the feeling in their legs has started to return. An incredibly hard and long weekend but we wouldn't miss it for the world as it gives us such a great chance to meet so many friends, both new and old. This year we were also joined by Pearl and Judith who work for us in France and Spain respectively. A great opportunity to get all the sales staff together as well as surprising some customers when we are able to provide a bit of international flavour (and language) to the stand. Jordan did his best to brush up on his French and Spanish skills but instead produced hilarious effects with his broad Yorkshire accent! We will make him stick to English for now...
Check out our Facebook page to see some of the pictures we collected from the weekend, you may have been spotted.
London isn't the only show we attend though. We will soon display all of the conventions we will be attending next year on our conventions page so keep checking back to find out when we will be near you. Next on our tour is our triumphant homecoming to the Sheffield Tattoo Show which returns to the Magna Science Centre on the 9th and 10th November. We are really looking forward to this one, another chance to meet our customers as well as being able to go back to our own beds after each day!

Hello and welcome to the brand new Barber DTS website.
We hope that you are enjoying the new design and you are finding your way around the products and the new features that we have introduced. It has been many months of work but we are sure that you will find the website easier and quicker to use. If you need any help finding your way round please feel free to contact us via the contact forms or give us a call on +44 (0) 114 257 6022.
But whilst the website has changed many things have stayed the same. Liz, Jon, Jordan and Claire are ready at the other end of the phone to take your order if that’s what you would prefer. We also still have the largest range of products in Europe and offer our industry leading 16:30 cut off time for orders to receive same day despatch (weekdays only). This combined with free delivery to the UK mainland for orders placed online means that Barbers has everything you need to keep your studio up and running.
We are also going to revamp how we make use of this news page. Keep checking back every so often to see what is happening here at Barber DTS. We will be giving you updates on our staff, new products that we are looking forward to, the build-up to Tattoo Conventions and anything else we think you might be interested in.
But first, the next stop for us is London!
